Holiday in The Park is currently open at Six Flags Discovery Kingdom in Vallejo. This event features a variety of activities which the entire family can enjoy.
Each evening, the Christmas tree in the park, which is 65 feet tall, is lit with thousands of lights to highlight the festivities. There are additional dazzling lights which feature the sounds and sights of the holiday season, accompanied by favorite Christmas songs.
Other activities include Christmas cookie decorating, where attendees can decorate their own treats to enjoy. There is also festive face painting and a spot that flows with foam so children can enjoy playing with the elves.
Santa’s Workshop features Santa and Mrs. Claus and enables children to share their wishes for Christmas and get their photographs taken with the jolly man. Holiday in The Park offers many treats and sweets such as peppermint bark, white chocolate candy apples, and holiday-flavored fudge. Guests can also roast marshmallows over an open fire pit at one of four locations throughout the park.
