Vallejo reaches out to anime fans

Anime and manga are two popular art Forms in Japan, and Vallejo fans of this style of drawing are invited to hone their skills during a new class.

Those who participate in the Anime and Manga Drawing classes will have a chance to develop their techniques in this style of drawing, and learn new ones as well. They will be taught the basics of color choice, shading, basic anatomy of the human figure, and also composition. These will all be taught in the context of this art form.

In addition to improving their drawing skills, attendees will also be able to exercise their creativity by drawing their own characters and then putting together a storyline for them.

This event, which will bring a small piece of Japan’s culture to California, is open to anyone who enjoys anime, and according to the organizers, it will be both a unique and fun experience. Catalog printing can be used to craft community guides to let people know when events like this are taking place in their local area.

The new offering is being brought to the city by the Greater Vallejo Recreation District, and the first class will be held on May 1. It will be held in the Dan Foley Cultural Center, and additional details and an opportunity to register to participate have been made available on the Vallejo events website.
