The Soaring Eagles Leadership Academy will be holding a 25th Anniversary Banquet and Fundraiser this March at the Greater Vallejo Recreation District (GVRD).
The 25th Anniversary Banquet and Fundraiser is an event that honors the Soaring Eagles Leadership Academy while supporting a charitable organization that supports Haiti. The founder of the martial arts school, Master Wayne Jones, periodically travels to Haiti with his family to help educate the people there and also provide residents with clean water. The event will be semi-formal, and guests can dance during the banquet.
Soaring Eagles Leadership Academy was initially formed in 1995 and was originally known as GVRD Taekwondo. The martial arts school aims to provide quality instruction for their students while assisting in their physical, mental, and spiritual development. The academy offers courses in taekwondo in addition to Krav Maga. Organizations such as this that teach students about martial arts can use printing services to advertise their classes throughout the community.
The 25th Anniversary Banquet and Fundraiser will be held on Saturday, March 21st from 7:00 pm to 11:00 pm. General admission for the event will cost each person $50, while couples can purchase their tickets for $90. Those interested in supporting Haiti can donate money on the fundraiser’s Eventbrite page. The funds raised during the banquet will go towards building more wells in Haiti.
