This month, the Kaiser Permanente Vallejo Medical Center in California will be holding its 6th Annual Celebrate Life event.
Celebrate Life is an event that discusses the journey cancer survivors have taken to overcome their disease. There will be many wellness activities that focus on dealing with healing and living after a patient's cancer is cured.
Several special guests will be coming to Celebrate Life. Dr. Kolevska will be leading a discussion about how the facility Napa Solano treats cancer, and Chris Nauman will guide attendees in a stretching session. The CEO of Leading Through Connection, Uvinie Lubecki, will be teaching people about how compassion has the power to transform relationships.
Those who attend Celebrate Life will be treated to a free lunch. During the meal, guests can view a live demonstration by Chef Robert that will educate people about food. There will also be a presentation providing information about Kaiser Permanente’s clinical care for breast cancer and melanoma. Organizations that educate groups of people at events like this can use Print shops to create helpful Brochures for guests to bring home.
The 6th Annual Celebrate Life event will be held on June 29 from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm. There is no fee to attend, though anybody who wishes to come and learn more about cancer treatment can register online.
