The magazine will now be based in Jack London Square. It could use Stationery printers in Vallejo to make sure other businesses know of its change of address. It is about to share a building with Water Street Market and Peggy Northrop, the chief editor of the magazine, has stated:
“We’re especially looking forward to be moving to such a vibrant neighborhood, where readers will have the chance to interact with the Sunset brand each and every day.”
The design of the new office space is already being prepared by RMW architects. As a result, a date for the magazine to move into the new premises has been established already. According to James Ellis, the principal manager of Ellis Partners, the operation should be up and running by December 1st. Ellis Partners own part of the building in question.
Water Street Market should be open several months after the magazine gets going. It will occupy over 30,000 square feet of space in the building from the fall of 2016.
This development will happen at a time when Jack London Square is witnessing growth in the food sector. Two restaurants on the waterfront should be joined by a fresh café called Steel Rail within quite a short period of time.Get a Free Quote for Stationery
