Island Concert series slated for summer

Vallejo residents can savor great wine and grab some tasty food while enjoying live music at Vino Godfather this summer. The concert series includes performances from Mango Kingz, Hawaiian Royalty music and Native Elements.

Mango Kingz is a group based in Bay Area that makes music inspired by the island reggae sounds. Their music has evolved over their years to a unique mix of island, pop reggae and roots. They aim to bring the aloha spirit to the whole world with the support of their loyal fans.

Hawaiian Royalty Music is known for their positive reggae feel, dynamic transitions and strong harmonies. They share their love of island music with their listeners through their own compositions.

Native Elements has played energetic, reggae music for music lovers in the Bay Area for more than 19 years. The eclectic group of 10 experienced musicians bring their own influences from rock, blues, metal, jaz, hip hop and R&B to make contemporary tunes that enthrall their listeners. This close group of elementary school friends promise an uplifting and entertaining experience through their music.

Tickets must be purchased online before the day of the concert. Masks must be worn at the venue and social distancing guidelines will be followed. Performers at such events often use poster printing to promote their concerts.

Mango Kingz will perform on June 27, Hawaiian Royalty Music plays on July 17 and the series ends with Native Elements’ music on August 14. The venue is Vino Godfather at 500 Walnut Avenue. The concerts and village market will be open from 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm.
