Vallejo will once again be hosting the Solano County Fair at the end of July.
This will be the seventh year for the annual event, which brings together people from all over the area in a spirit of fun. There will be displays related to agriculture in the county, as well as contests, livestock shows, vendor displays, live music, and food. Evening concerts have also been planned, and there is no additional charge to attend them.
A special family fun zone will be set up, where the kids can enjoy getting to know the farm animals a little bit better at the petting zoo. Along with this, there will be pony rides and specially designed interactive games. Butler Amusements will be on hand with games of skill and midway rides for those who like some extra excitement. Marketing services can be used to help promote events like this to the public.
The event will run from July 27 until July 31 at 900 Fairgrounds Drive in Vallejo, and run from 12:00 pm until 11:00 pm on weekends and 3:00 pm until 11:00 pm on weekdays. The evening concerts are set to begin at 8:00 from Wednesday to Saturday and 7:00 pm on the Sunday. General admission tickets can be purchased in advance for $8 or at the gate for $10. Military members in uniform and children under five will be admitted free of charge.
Further details can be found on the Solano County Fair website.
