Diversity the key at weekend festival

Now just a few days away, the Vallejo Waterfront Weekend is taking place at various venues. It is presented by the Vallejo Convention and Visitors’ Bureau.

There is bound to be something going on that will appeal to people of every taste and age. One of the featured events is Paddle Fest, which will involve kayaks, paddleboards, and canoes. The Boys under the Hood car show, meanwhile, will showcases classic cars and motorcycles. There will also be a chili cook off, a dunk tank feature local celebrities, food and craft vendors, the Whaleboat Regatta, Vallejo Windows Art Walk, and the Twilight 5K and 10K Run/Walk.

During the weekend, the Greater Vallejo Recreation Department will be hosting a Children's Expo. The Empress Theatre is also set to present Beatles Mania; a tribute show performed by The Sun Kings. The regular Farmers' Market will be operating during the weekend as well.

Many of the organizers of the events will likely be contacting Vallejo printing companies to provide them with marketing materials, with Signs and Posters likely to be needed for both directional and promotional reasons.
