Members of Vallejo’s LGBTQ community will be gathering to celebrate the first days of summer with a special event in the relaxed atmosphere of Mare Island nature Preserve.
The planers of the Vallejo Pride Bonfire and Retreat welcome all to come to a weekend that will be full of activities in the great outdoors. Those who are interested can book a campsite and stay for both days of the event.
Campers can bring along a barbeque and food for the festivities, and there will be bike riding, hiking and barbequing, and when it starts to get dark, they can join the fellowship around the bonfire. The welcome center will host an evening of music and other entertainment, and there will be other fun as well. Bikes will be offered for rental to anyone who would like to ride but doesn’t have one of their own
As the number of camp sites is limited, anyone who is interested is advised to book theirs early. Planning a function such as this can be kept organized and on track by using Forms and other printed items provided by Stationery printers in the local area.
This special event has been scheduled for June 15 and 16, and anyone who is interested is invited to join in the fun. More information about both the weekend and the location can be found on the Visit Vallejo website.
