Individuals in and around Vallejo have the opportunity to promote their business.

The American Canyon Chamber of Commerce is hosting its first mixer of 2015. Along with mingling with other professionals in the area, participants can enjoy some small bites and beverages. The event will take place at Ristorante La Strada, an establishment with classic Italian food.

New members will be able to take a minute to promote their business. Likewise, nonprofits can take the floor for about 30 seconds to talk about their organization’s future activities. Since this is a networking event, it is likely many attendees will bring digital Business Cards to exchange.

Another highlight is the raffle and cash drawings offered to both members and nonmembers. In addition, members who want to promote their business can bring a raffle prize to be used at a Chamber mixer function. Members who bring a prize will be given a mention at the event.

The American Canyon Chamber of Commerce aims to strengthen the economy and the community, create networking opportunities, and act as a political voice for local businesses. Created in the 1990s, the chamber has grown throughout the years and now has more than 180 members.
