Asian market to open in Vallejo

The Taiwanese grocery store 168 Market will open its second store in the Bay Area in Vallejo.

The store is planning to open on Sereno Drive, which was once the home of In-Shape gym. Tawa Supermarket Inc. is the parent company of 168 Market, which is known for providing the best in exotic and traditional Asian ingredients to the American public. It offers a variety of snacks and frozen goods, fresh meats, and fresh Asian produce at affordable prices. Many of the locations of 168 Market also have boba tea counters, a live seafood section, and food bars.

The market will be seeking a liquor license so that it can sell distilled spirits, wine, and beer.

Local Print shops often assist such new markets in promoting themselves with Flyers and Posters that can be spread throughout the community. Additional printing services can be used for weekly Flyers promoting specials and new products.

Currently, 168 Market has four locations in Southern California and one in Nevada, and has been in business since 2006. The first location of the market in the Bay Area was in Fremont. Its goal is to serve the communities in which it is located, providing people of all ethnicities with a wide range of Asian and international items at the lowest prices.

No official date has been determined for the opening of the market as yet
