Locals in and around Sorrento Valley can visit the San Diego County Fair in just a few days’ time.
Rides, carnival games, and food are some reasons people flock to the fair. People will also likely want to check out the farm animals or watch some pigs race.
Each day, the fair will be jam-packed with live entertainment, such as concerts, animal and motor cross shows, and comedy acts. DJs, acoustic music performances, and a YouTube series are a few other highlights.
Competitive individuals may want to enter one of the many contests the fair has to offer. These include the ‘Battle of the Bands’ and the ‘Best Dance Crew’. Competitive exhibits, such as the Flower Show, are also available.
The fair will be the host site of several festivals, including the Enviro Fair, the Bluegrass festival, and the ‘Toast of the Coast’ wine festival.
General admission costs $15 for adults and $8 for kids and seniors. Children aged five and under are free. Every Tuesday, kids get in for free. Individuals can also purchase the ‘Best Pass Ever’ where they can get 25 days of admission for $25. Throughout the fair days, there are various other deals and discounts on admission.
