James Taylor and his All-Star Band will be touring the country this year and making a stop in the Sorrento Valley area.
Taylor was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2020 and is a legendary singer and songwriter. He is currently working on a new album and a stage musical to be called “Fire and Rain” that is headed for Broadway, which Taylor says is not a traditional jukebox musical.
He explained that “Fire and Rain” is not connected to his life except that it uses personal and autobiographical songs written by him. He added that the music supports the story, that while the process is fascinating to him, he still has time to write new songs, as he is due for another album.
Tickets are now on sale for all the concerts of Taylor’s 2026 tour in the United States. He will be performing two shows in the Southern California area, the first one on Sunday, April 26 in Highland26 at the Yaamava’ Theater and the second one on Tuesday, April 28 at the Rady Shell at Jacobs Park in San Diego. Ticket prices range from $79.50 to $189.50.
Poster printing can be used throughout the region to inform residents of such concerts with more details about ticket prices and times of the shows.
