This July, horror enthusiasts can visit the San Ramon Marriott in California to attend the 8th Annual CreaturesCon.
CreaturesCon is an event that allows people to learn more about classic and camp horror. There will be several influential guests attending the convention, including John Stanley, Joshua Kennedy, and Veronica Carlson.
Fans can witness the premiere of the movie House of the Gorgon at the event. The convention will also be screening several fan-films and will have a monster movie quiz activity. There will be additional programs that people can attend, like a viewing party of a rare horror film accompanied by several special guests of the convention. Attendees can even watch an exclusive documentary about the movie Plan 9 from Outer Space.
Several vendors will be attending CreaturesCon, selling various goods relating to the horror genre. Attendees can purchase items such as scary movies, collectible toys, and original artwork from participating businesses. Costumes and accessories will be available to buy at the convention as well. CreaturesCon will be held on Sunday, July 7. Tickets to enter the convention will cost $15 for those who are 13 and older. Admission for children aged 8 to 12 will cost $10 instead.
