The 17th Annual San Ramon Valley Community Fair in California will be this March, and organizers are currently accepting vendors to participate during the event.
The City of San Ramon has partnered with Dougherty Valley San Ramon Rotary Club and the local school district to plan and host a community fair for the locals. Coordinators of the event want the fair to provide a space where students can meet the leaders of youth programs and become more involved with extracurricular activities. Past organizations represented at the festival include theater and dance programs, college preparation courses, and martial arts activities.
All companies in San Ramon are welcome to participate in the San Ramon Valley Community Fair, and registrations are still open for companies interested in setting up a booth. Nonprofit organizations are given a discounted price for registering, starting at $25 for a single table and costing up to $55 for three tables. All other organizations can pay $75 to receive one table and $105 to have three instead. Businesses are welcome to utilize banner printing to increase their visibility during the festival.
The community fair will be held on March 20 in the evening from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm. The event is open to the public, and no registration is required to attend. This year’s fair will be hosted at the Dougherty Valley High School Commons.
