Construction has begun on Belmont Senior Living in San Ramon.
This will be a senior living complex in Bishop Ranch that will span 175,320 square feet and have 177 residential units. It will provide residences for memory care, assisted living, and independent living, offering studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom units.
Among the many luxury amenities will be a full-service salon and spa, farm-to-table gardening areas, transportation and concierge services, on-site physiotherapy, and a group fitness area. There will also be multiple dining areas, an art studio, a dog park, a heated saltwater pool, and a club lounge. Brochure printing is often undertaken to provide potential residents with more details about such features and amenities.
Residents of Belmont Village will be able to take advantage of nearby walking trails and short walks to a venue in downtown San Ramon that will have shopping and open-air dining. Residents will also be able to visit the farmers’ market and attend the many music and art events and cultural and social experiences of City Center.
President and CEO of Sunset Development Company, the owner of Bishop Ranch, Alexander Mehran Jr., said that bringing Belmont Village is important as part of the company’s plan to build neighborhood elements that appeal to people of all ages.
Belmont Senior Living is expected to open in Fall 2024.
