A San Diego outlet mall recently announced that three new stores have opened in the center, according to an article on Patch.com.
The Uniform Outlet, Hollister Company, and Original Penguin have joined the lineup at Las Americas Premium Outlets, a shopping center located about 20 minutes south of San Diego's downtown. The Uniform Outlet provides scrubs to its customers; Hollister sells casual fashion; and Original Penguin sells lifestyle products ranging from accessories to clothing.
The mall's marketing and business development director, Megan Madrigal, said the center is always looking for new retailers to add to the mix, giving shoppers more options. When new stores like this open, managers can use banner printing to create a colorful piece to celebrate the occasion.
The Uniform Outlet, which has been in business for nearly 20 years, provides brand-name scrubs to customers. The store is described as a “one-stop shop” for everything local technicians, nurses, doctors, and others need.
Abercrombie & Fitch owns Hollister Co., which is a “lifestyle brand” based on life in Southern California. The company draws inspiration for its products from the region's blue skies, near-constant sunshine, and beautiful beaches.
Original Penguin has been in business since the 1950s, offering a range of casual clothing and other products that invite shoppers to explore their adventurous side. The Las Americas store is the first Original Penguin in San Diego.
