Homewood Suites, an all-suite hotel, has opened in San Diego.
The ‘Homewood Suites by Hilton San Diego Mission Valley/Zoo’ facility was built because the San Diego economy is growing. According to T2 Hospitality, which developed the project, San Diego has experienced the sixth-highest growth rate in the nation for the period July 2014-July 2015, making it a good location for a new hotel.
According to Adrian Kurre, who heads Hilton's Homewood Suites brand, more than 34m people visit San Diego each year, making its visitor industry the third-largest in the world. The new Homewood Suites will meet the needs of both business travelers, and those who travel to the city for leisure.
The hotel offers studios, as well as one-bedroom suites that feature separate sleeping and living areas, as well as fully-equipped kitchens. Amenities include Wi-Fi, grocery shopping services, social activities Monday through Thursday evenings, and a full, hot breakfast.
Homewood Suites is at 445 Camino del Rio South in Mission Valley, which places it within easy reach of the airport, as well as local attractions such as the San Diego Zoo, Seaport Village, SeaWorld San Diego, and the beaches.
Hotel management might like to work with brochure printers to develop Booklets about the new hotel, and make them available at the airport, train depot, and bus station, as well as providing them to local hospitals and care centers.
