The San Diego Kidpreneur Expo is an expo designed specifically for kids, and is designed to help them achieve success in the career they’re passionate about.
Children who attend Kidpreneur Expo will recognize and accept their passion, learn to direct their creative energy, and learn how to become successful by using their gifts and talents as entrepreneurs. Young people from elementary grades through high school will be able to sell their products, pitch their businesses, or present their ideas.
The best presentation and best pitch will receive cash prizes, and there will be investors on hand. The young entrepreneurs will have a chance to ask the investors for additional funds for their projects. Experts in developing small businesses, and small-business owners, will be presenting workshops throughout the entire event.
More than 75 booths will be set up at the expo that attendees can explore, and there will also be fun activities, speakers, live music, games—and food, of course. Vendors at events like this might want to make sure they have their Business Cards available to distribute to people who visit their booths.
The event’s keynote speaker is Greg Reid, a storyteller, movie producer, bestselling author, and writer. Reid has appeared before groups throughout the world, discussing how to make an idea a reality.
Kidpreneur Expo takes place from 10:00 am until 4:00 pm on September 8, at San Diego’s Waterfront Park on Pacific Highway. Tickets are $25.
