An upcoming event in Montebello will provide technical training to professionals in a specialized area of the security industry.
ProTech Academy will be held at the TopGolf location in Montebello, and will provide attendees with technical training and the opportunity to examine product showcases. Attendees will also have the opportunity to network with peers and industry leaders.
The academy, which is presented by Controlled Products Systems Group (CPSG), is two days long, and combines classroom and hands-on training on Gate Automation, RFID, and Access Control, as well as a chance to collaborate with representatives from the organizer’s partners. The event will allow attendees to learn about the latest trends, requirements, and developments in today’s access control industry.
Participants will be eligible to receive continuing education credits (CEUs) for attendance of 12 hours, in the fields of Gate Automation, RFID, and Access Control. The classes and workshops will be led by experts from CPSG. Additional training will be offered by representatives from LiftMaster and DoorBird. LiftMaster manufactures garage door openers, and DoorBird manufactures door intercoms that connect to smartphones, showing owners who is at the entrance.
In addition to the training, attendees will have a chance to examine products and services presented by vendors in three-hour product showcases.
The event begins on September 23 at 8.30 am and ends on September 24 at 4.00 pm. The fee for the two days is $99. Events like this can benefit when organizers use brochure printing to create course materials.
