An eCommerce company recently announced it has openings for over 1,800 fulfillment workers in Montebello and Rialto, California, who will be working this holiday season.
Radial, Inc., which is part of the Belgian Post Group (bpost), said it is looking for associates who will use Radial’s transportation, fulfillment, and technology solutions to source orders and get them on the way to their final destinations.
Customer research surveys conducted by Radial found that almost 60% of consumers are planning to spend more online in 2022 than they did in 2021, as eCommerce continues to grow, particularly at the holidays.
Radial has 25 fulfillment centers and a transportation and fulfillment network that spans the globe. Seasonal workers in the fulfillment centers will have access to technology and automation so they can process online orders, and develop skills relating to speed, quality control, order presentation, and organization. They will be handling tens of thousands of orders daily, and must be aware of many more thousands of product types. The positions are excellent for people who are detail oriented, enjoy working in teams, and are excited by problem solving.
Sabrina Wnorowski, Radial’s CHRO and SVP, said she is always impressed with the company’s seasonal employees, adding that Radial strives to create a fun, collaborative, and inclusive work environment, with employee safety as one of its core values.
