The Angel Lives Music Festival is scheduled for this June in Glendale, aiming to attract fans from across the greater Los Angeles area and beyond.
The festival will focus on Latin and Caribbean-inspired music, with confirmed artists including La Pobreska, Cerebro Negro, the Major League Skankers, and Operation No One Knows. More bands will be announced in the lead-up to the festival, including the mystery headliners. The festival will also feature DJ Old Skool Funktionz playing classic cumbia and other Latin music in between live acts. The festival grounds will include a full bar and a VIP section with bottomless tacos available for ticket buyers during the afternoon.
Angel Lives will also incorporate aspects of SoCal culture such as a mechanical bull, art installations, and area vendors offering craft and gift items. The festival aims to be a family-friendly event, with all ages welcome, and will take place throughout the day. Music festivals like this often use methods like flyer printing and radio advertising to help connect with grassroots music fans and local communities. The festival is promoted by Third Eye 818 Entertainment and Concrete Jungle, who have previously hosted music events like Pan de Muerto last November.
The Angel Lives Music Festival will take place on June 14 at the Brewyard Beer Company in Glendale from afternoon to after midnight.
