Now in its 20th year, Gator by the Bay-Zydeco, Blues and Crawfish Festival is coming to Southern California, no doubt to the delight of residents across the region including Escondido.
Four days of fun is on the agenda at what is touted as the largest Louisiana-themed festival of its type west of the bayou. Over 100 performances across seven stages are in the line-up, along with dancing and family fun.
A whopping 10,000lb of crawfish will be brought in for all to enjoy along with delectable Southern food such as beignets, jambalaya, and gumbo. San Diego’s Bon Temps Social Club is the presenting entity for the joie de vivre, music, and food event. Musical genres include blues, Cajun, Latin, rockabilly, and zydeco. The dance floors are shaded so everyone can move comfortably to the beat.
Authentic treats will come from the French Quarter Food Court, and the 2nd Annual Gumbo Cook off will take place. A juried crafts market provides a shopping extravaganza of unique gifts and delights.
Poster printing is often ordered from local Print shops for large events of this type. The Posters are typically printed in full color and placed throughout the venue to highlight features and activities.
