The California Senior Games will see those from age 50 and up compete in a variety of activities, and Escondido is one of the cities that has been chosen to host an event.
The public is invited to take part or come and cheer on their favorite competitor free of charge. Dozens of different sports, ranging from shuffleboard to archery, cycling, running, power walking and more will be featured. In Escondido, the game will be pickleball, with the Castle Creek Country Club having been selected as the venue for this activity. Banners for event such as this can be both designed printed by a printing company.
The games are held to help facilitate friendly competition and to encourage people of all ages to live a healthy lifestyle by demonstrating the benefits of doing so. They are considered to be a qualifying event for the National Senior Games, which will be held in Birmingham, Alabama in 2017.

The California Senior Games Championships will take place from June 4th to June 26th. Everyone aged 50 and up is welcome to register to participate in an event of their choice, and they can do so by visiting the Pasadena Senior Center website.
