Escondido event promises lots of muddy fun for families

Escondido families interested in finding a new way to have fun together may want to check out a special activity that will be set up in Kit Carson Park. It promises to offer high-energy fun and leave the kids who took part feeling proud of their accomplishments.

Kids and youth between the ages of 5 to 16 are invited to be part of the Kids Obstacle Challenge, and it will include up to 15 different challenges for them to overcome, along with their parents and siblings. Since mud will be involved, everyone who gets involved is reminded to be prepared to both have fun and get dirty, and they can take as much time as they need to complete the course.

The organizers of the event explained that while it is designed to help the participants push their limits, it is also intended to be a safe occasion. Should anyone need medical attention, a first aid station will be on site. A rinse area will also be available so that the participants can clean themselves up when they are done. Signage from a banner printing company can be used during this type of occasion to make it easier for the families to navigate the venue and find what they are looking for, which can aid in making the function more enjoyable for everyone.

The Escondido Kids Obstacle Challenge is going to be held on April 20. Tickets start at $44.
