A local brewery is planning a huge party to celebrate its anniversary.
Stone Brewing World Bistro & Gardens Escondido is turning 26 and intends to blow the roof off.
The Stone “mothership” in Escondido is taking over the whole Bistro to hold a party of a size that has never been attempted before at this venue. There are two parts to the fun: a Rare Beer session from 12:00 pm until 3:00 pm, and then the main event from 3:00 pm until 7:00 pm. Stone beer lovers should attend the Rare Beer session first, which gives them early admission to the main celebration.
Those attending the Rare Beer session will enjoy live music, a cigar lounge, a commemorative keepsake glass, bites from the Stone kitchen, a chance to chat with the brewers, and 20 two-ounce pours of Main Festival beers or Rare Beers. In addition, they will be entitled to endless pours of two ounces of Stone Brewing’s selected beers. The Rare Beer tickets are $120 and designated drivers pay only $25.
Those attending the main festival pay $40, with tickets for designated drivers going for $15. The festival includes live music, food, a keepsake glass, and 20 two-ounce tastes from more than 40 breweries.
The event is limited to those 21 and older, and ID will be required. The party is August 27, and organizers can make it easy on attendees of events like this by using flyer printing to create a list of participants.
