Hunting is coming to Encinitas—hunting eggs, that is.
The City of Encinitas recently announced the date of its yearly Spring Egg Hunt. The city's Parks, Recreation and Cultural Arts Department is hosting the event, which features a hunt for some 20,000 eggs that will be hidden at the venue, and a pair of live shows.
Egg hunters are warned that they will need to bring their own baskets, Bags, or other containers for the eggs they find. Also, participants are advised to eat before they come, as there will be no drinks or food available.
There will be two separate areas for the hunt, and three different times at which the hunts will take place. At 10:15 am, children under the age of four may begin hunting in the upper field, while at the same time, children over the age of five hunt in the lower field.
At 11:00, children under four may hunt in the upper field, while children five and over hunt in the lower field. Finally, at 11:45 am, children under four may check for eggs in the upper field, while those over five hunt in the lower field.
In addition to the egg hunts, Hullabaloo will perform live on stage twice, at 10:30 am and again at 11:15 am.
The event takes place at Encinitas Community Park from 10:00 am until 12:00 pm, on April 11. Banner printing can provide sturdy, colorful decorations for outdoor events like this.
