Creative twist on Halloween held in Covina
Covina’s Color Me Mine is hosting a unique twist this spooky season with their Color Me Halloween Date Night event.
Though romantic couples are encouraged to participate, the event is open to all. In addition, costumes are encouraged but not required.
The event centers around a caricature artist, Jasmine, who will create illustrations of participants as spooky movie characters, whether or not they are in costumes. Participants will get to bring their unique pieces of art home as part of the event.
People who are 21 and older are allowed to bring their own adult beverages to enjoy during the festivities.
Being in a studio environment, the atmosphere is more intimate when compared to crowds normally found in bars and clubs. In addition, anyone who enjoys a creative night out is welcome to join, not just couples.
Color Me Mine normally offers a range of creative activities for participants to enjoy for a nominal fee. In particular, attendees may paint their own ceramic pieces that then get fired in a kiln during normally operating hours.
