The 80s tribute band Neon Nation is hosting a concert in the Covina area this July.
Held at the West Covina Civic Center Plaza, the performance is part of the Summer Concert series.
The Civic Center complex — which also hosts the West Covina Courthouse, the Los Angeles County Regional Library and West Covina City Hall — will be bursting with amenities to coincide with the concert. That includes food carts, vendors and community booths. Public parking is also available via a three-story parking garage at the complex.
Held throughout June and July each year, the free Summer Concert series is also known to open up public dance floors in front of the performing band.
Neon Nation features five male vocalists and one female singer tapping into a variety of 80s hits, recreating them note for note. The band has played concerts at everything from the Anaheim Ducks Hockey Club to the House of Blues in both Anaheim and San Diego.
Concerts like this may choose to use banner printing to create vendor Signs, marquees and stage decorations. The band also commonly plays summer concerts series for a variety of different cities, including Chino Hills, Long Beach and Tustin, among dozens of others.
Neon Nation is performing on July 22 from 7 pm to 9 pm at West Covina Civic Center Plaza at 1444 S Garvey Ave W in West Covina.
