The Covina Woman’s Club has an activity in the works for this Halloween season that it hopes will be a big success.
The organization will be hosting its Quartermania fundraiser, and everyone who is interested is encouraged to grab some quarters and join in the excitement. Tickets are $30 each, and they include one paddle as well as lunch.
The afternoon will provide opportunities to enter raffle draws as well as the Quartermania style auction. The guests can use their quarters and paddles to hopefully win a prize, and there will also be a pop-up vendor market. A costume contest will take place, and the doors will open an hour ahead of the luncheon service so that everyone can mix and mingle first.
The games will start at 1:00 pm. All proceeds from the fundraiser will support an assortment of charitable causes in the local area such as programming for children, veterans, and people in need of a hand-up.
Creative fundraisers often stand out from the crowd. A banner printing company can work closely with organizers, making sure they have the materials they need.
Covina Woman’s Club will be bringing its Quartermania fundraiser to the community on Saturday, October 24. Tickets and more information are available on its website, and it will be held at 128 S. San Jose Avenue in Covina.
