Saguaro Lake Guest Ranch will offer outdoor cowboy-type meals during March.
On March 1st, the first event of the month will be a Brisket & Burgers Barbecue. This will be a classic ranch BBQ with grilled burgers, smoked brisket, sides and dessert. Live music will add to the cowboy ambiance.
Adult reservations are $59 plus tac and youth ones will run $40 plus tax, and the event will run from 4:30 pm to 7:00 pm.
A cowboy cookout, scheduled for Saturday March 7th from 5:30 pm to 8:00 pm, will feature ribeye steaks, roasted chicken, cornbread, and ranch-style beans. Live entertainment will be provided.
Adult tickets will be $62 plus tax and youth tickets will be $45 plus tax.
On Saturday, March 14th, a St. Patrick's Day Cookout will offer Irish-themed items including a Big Bad Ranch Antipasto board, Irish pub salad, corned brisket and cabbage, pork shoulder, and a Guinness Stout Chocolate Cake smothered with Whiskey Diplomat Cream. The live entertainment for the evening will be Irish-themed music.

The March cookouts will end on March 21st with another Brisket & Burgers BBQ from 4:30 pm to 7:00 pm.
