Fall Festival returns to local farm
Vertuccio Farms in Mesa will open its annual Cooler Days in the Corn Maze Fall Festival at the end of September.
Along with the five-acre corn maze, the venue will feature a farm animal petting zoo, carnival games including a pumpkin roll, giant tube roll, barrel train ride, and a playground for the little ones. There will also be a super mega slide, giant jump pad, spider web crawl, and mini golf.
Other activities will include a hen house shooting gallery, duck races, extreme air pillow, giant hay climb, and a pallet maze. Guests may also visit the pizza farm, play corn hole, and enjoy food from the Court Ramada at picnic tables. Kettle corn and pumpkins will be available for purchase also. Brave souls may even dare to be there after dark, equipped with flashlights and glow sticks to walk through the maze.
Everyone may get photos taken at the barn photo op. Families at fall events can take their photos to nearby stationery printers to have custom Halloween party invitations made.
Tickets are $15 and can be purchased online or at the gate. Discount tickets for groups of 30 or more can be purchased at the gate for $10 per person.
Running from September 29 to October 29, the Fall Festival will be open Tuesday through Thursday from 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm, Friday and Saturday from 9:00 am to 10:00 pm, and Sunday from noon to 7:00 pm. Vertuccio Farms is located at 14011 S. Power Road.
