Messed Up Times, a Coatbridge-based band, released a new video recently.
Coatbridge’s Messed Up Times consists of Will Walker, David Walker, Kieran Power and Paul Brogan. The foursome has produced a song called ‘Don’t Give In’. This debut single has the power associated with classic rock and the video has been made available for download. Printing services can be useful in the creative industries.
Don’t Give In was penned by the band and was recorded in Glasgow Music Studios with the assistance of Erin Kelly. The mixing process was conducted by Will Walker and Kieran Power. This approach may have helped with showcasing the sound of the guitar and the bass.
Vocals were performed by lead singer Brogan whilst an extra guitar was provided by David Walker. The influences on the band are eclectic, but the sound is partly derived from guitar-driven inspiration connected with the 1960s and the 1970s.
Silly Wee Films was behind the making of the video. Berkeley 2 Studios, which is located in the centre of Glasgow, was employed as the setting for the video. The result of the filming can be viewed via Facebook, YouTube and the website of the band.
The group has been around for quite some time and its members have been playing together on a regular basis. There was a degree of anticipation surrounding the release of the single.
