Plans to build a new tower block not far from Edgware that will provide housing for students have been approved by the local council, which will enable work to begin.
This development is set to be called The Stapes Corner Retail Park and it will be located at Brent Cross, just a few miles away from Edgware. When it has been completed, it will provide a total of 844 homes for students, as well as a number of other amenities. As the name of the project indicates, it will include retail spaces alongside the homes.
The main tower block where the students will live is intended to be 26 storeys in height. The developer behind the project has agreed to make 35% of the homes affordable ones. This helped it to get approval over the line when the strategic planning committee for Barnet Council met to discuss the plans.
Local housing developers often turn to banner printing outlets in Edgware when they need to show off homes they have for rent. These Brochures can contain colour images of the homes.
The developer responsible for this project is Astir and the accommodation will be for Sheffield Hallam campus students. The site that has been chosen for it is Unit 7 at Geron Way.
Building work should get started during the latter half of next year.Get a Free Quote for Brochures Get a Free Quote for Plans
