A housing developer has submitted an application to extend a residential building in Edgware, so that a number of additional flats can be created.
This application is for a block called Canons Court, which is close to Stonegrove Park. The building is already used for residential purposes, but the developer hopes to add another three floors to it. This would enable the creation of a further 30 flats within the block, all of which would have one bedroom. The developer submitted its Plans to Harrow Council towards the end of last month.
If the local authority gives them the nod, the extension would be built upwards. It would turn a two-storey block into one with five storeys and would also see improvements made. These would include the construction of new staircases and lifts, to make the flats more accessible for residents and visitors.
When housing developers have new properties in the local area for sale or rent, they need to showcase them. Brochure printing by Edgware shops can assist with this, because Brochures can contain colour pictures of the properties.
Documents that were submitted alongside this application state that the plan is to maximise the benefits of the block, as well as meeting housing demand in the area.
Harrow Council has not yet given a date for when it will make its decision, but it will seek the feedback of residents.Get a Free Quote for Brochures Get a Free Quote for Plans
