Whitbread PLC is the owner of the Premier Inn brand and it is focusing its expansion Plans on outer London. The company hopes to be able to offer more than two thousand further hotel rooms in total once its Plans are complete. It has zeroed in on 17 different areas that it wants to build Premier Inn hotels at, with two of them being just outside Edgware.
Those locations are Finchley and Golders Green, both of which lie within the borough of Barnet. The next stage for Whitbread PLC will be to team up with local property developers, investors, landowners and the council to identify suitable sites.
When new hotels open in the area, they often make use of Edgware shops that offer brochure printing. This is so that they can provide Brochures outlining the different amenities they have.
James Hall is the acquisitions and development manager at Whitbread PLC. Speaking to the Barnet Post, he said:
“Each of London’s boroughs has its own distinct personality and feel, so it’s no wonder that the capital’s appeal to our leisure and business customers extends beyond the city centre.”
He added that people or companies with an appropriate site should get in touch.
