A number of new flats could be built not far from Edgware next year, after Plans for the project were submitted to the borough council for approval.
This project would see a total of 19 new flats constructed at the site, which is a road in North Finchley, close to Edgware. The proposals put together by the housing development firm behind the scheme have now been submitted to Barnet Council, and they would involve the existing building at the site being knocked down to be replaced by a block of flats that would be five storeys high.
There would be more to the completed development than just flats though, as the basement and ground floor are intended to be set aside for shops to move into. There will also be a specially created area for children to use for play, and a garden space for the local community on the fourth storey.
According to Times Series, the planning proposal states that the flats would be a mix of one, two and three bedroom apartments. Edgware brochure printing shops are sometimes used to help show off new developments.
The proposal goes on to state that the planned block would be built to a design of the highest quality and would offer the area a useful blend of new housing and space for commercial businesses.Get a Free Quote for Plans
