A large residential development is set to be constructed not far from Edgware, after the local council chose to give the green light to the Plans.
This development will be situated alongside Mill Hill Broadway station and it will consist of over 100 brand new homes. The planning committee for Barnet Council approved the plans during a meeting held recently.
The property developer that is responsible for them is Stories, but that company is teaming up with the Aviva insurance firm on the project. The completed scheme will be made up of blocks that contain flats.
There will be three of these blocks, all of which are connected to each other. They will vary in height from four to six storeys and will contain a total of 130 homes. Half of those are set to be affordable housing.
In terms of size, there will be a mix of three, two and one-bedroom flats. Nine will have three bedrooms, 40 will have two bedrooms and the remaining 81 will be single bedroom flats.
Brochure printing by Edgware shops can be useful to local property developers. It can provide them with glossy Brochures featuring pictures of their latest homes.
This scheme will be constructed on a site that is currently used for car parking. It is called Bunns Lane and is utilised by people who are accessing the station.Get a Free Quote for Brochures Get a Free Quote for Plans
