Brent Cross Town is a scheme that Plans to revitalise a town centre area measuring 180 acres that is located a few miles from Edgware, and the developers behind it also run the Brent Cross Town Community Fund. This grant financing will now be launching for a third successive year, with community groups and charities throughout the borough able to apply for increased grants of up to £5,000.
To be entitled to receive one of the grants, the applicant needs to be able to demonstrate that its Plans for spending it will improve the local area or help with the wellbeing of residents. Applicants can include national and local charities, social enterprises and not-for-profit organisations.
Groups that are applying for grant funding sometimes use Graphic Design Services to show off what their Plans for the money will look like as part of their application.
Speaking to Times Series, Nick Searl from Argent Related, a partner on the regeneration scheme, said:
“This fund is an example of our commitment to providing benefits to the local community from the very beginning of our development.”
Applications will close in the middle of next month, with the money being distributed in August.
