The Aura Edgware complex had its grand opening in late August, with former cricketer and Strictly Come Dancing star Mark Ramprakash there to make it all official, as he unveiled the complex’s show flat. The 189 homes that make up the development range from flats with a single bedroom to townhouses for five, with a number of them also boasting private garden areas or balconies.
With starting prices of just over £277,000 for two-bedroom flats, the new complex is certainly not cheap, but the influx of new people into the area will undoubtedly benefit local businesses. For example, with a wide selection of interior finishes, fixtures and fittings available for homebuyers to pick from, brochure printers in Edgware will be called on to supply glossy Brochures showcasing them.
The Weston Homes CEO, Bob Weston, said:
“The development is one of our first in this area; Aura Edgware has easy transport access to the centre of London though it retains the tranquillity of Edgware.”
The complex is within a 15 minute walk of the Northern Line tube station in Edgware Road, and includes a private entrance and setting within landscaped surroundings.
A significant number of the flats have already been purchased. Further information is available from Weston Homes.Get a Free Quote for Brochures
