Major stand-up comedian to bring new show to Basingstoke
One of the most popular stand-up comedians in the UK has announced that he will be bringing his upcoming live show to Basingstoke, in response to demand from the public.
Jason Manford is a well-known face to most people in the country, thanks to regular appearances on television. He will be taking to the road next year with a new tour that he has called ‘A Manford All Seasons’ and one of the places that he will visit is Basingstoke.
The town was not originally included in the tour plans, but Manford added it – as well as 88 other dates – due to demand.
This means he will now be playing a total of 176 shows over the course of a mammoth tour. The venue for his performance in Basingstoke is set to be The Anvil Theatre.
Given his popularity, tickets for the show are likely to sell out quickly. Local venues can choose to promote upcoming shows using flyer printing from shops in Basingstoke.
