Miller’s Ark Animals has been a fixture in the area for almost 30 years and provides many services to it, including community visits with its animals and open days where residents can explore the farm. However it has been required to halt all of these activities for the next few months and that has left it without income.
All money donated will go towards taking care of the farm’s animals, with its owner Elizabeth Miller telling the Basingstoke Gazette that funds were urgently needed for food for the animals and that events like the open days used to pay for this, before adding:
“Miller’s Ark Animals has been part of the community since 1991 with generations of families enjoying and sharing our passion for friendly farm animals, at schools, nurseries, residential homes and hospices.”
Flyer printing provided by Basingstoke Print shops is sometimes used by organisations like this to promote their activities.
It is estimated that at least £30,000 is needed and already a significant sum has been raised through the crowdfunding page. Elizabeth went on to say that everyone at the farm has been thrilled by the support that is being shown by the community.Get a Free Quote for Print
