Fanum House serves as the Basingstoke branch of the AA at the moment, but that organisation Plans to switch to a more modern office environment in 2023. This means that the celebrated building, which was constructed 47 years ago, will go onto the market. The AA leases it from Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council and the two will promote it to potential buyers in partnership.
The AA is stating that the age of the building makes it unsuitable from a sustainability point of view, following its decision to embark on hybrid working and digital upgrades. However the company will be remaining within Basingstoke when it moves.
Stationery printers in Basingstoke can help local branches of organisations like the AA to continue running smoothly on a day-to-day basis, wherever they are based within the town.
Speaking to the Basingstoke Gazette, John Izett from the council said that the authority was improving business district Basing View at the moment, adding:
“In view of the AA’s decision, we are keen to explore how Fanum House could be part of the continuing regeneration of the area.”
Marketing will start in January next year.Get a Free Quote for Stationery Get a Free Quote for Plans
