Altrincham to get new housing
Eight houses are about to be constructed in Altrincham, and people are being asked to register interest in these properties.
The dwellings in question are going to be erected on a piece of land situated at Woodfield Road.
The developer may utilise full colour printing in Altrincham to make brochures to help advertise the homes. Moreover, the company could use the service in the future to generate interest in other houses in the region.
It has been suggested that the project will be completed by early 2015. Four of the buildings will be semi-detached houses, while the other four will be detached. All the homes are planned to have four bedrooms, but the bedrooms in the semi-detached houses might not be quite as large as those in the others.
Elan Homes, the developer, has pledged to spend in the region of £15,000 within the neighbourhood of the initiative. The money will go on tree planting and facilities for sports. The area around the new housing offers access to schools, which could make the properties more attractive to potential buyers.
