This will be the first in-person edition of Prancing with the Stars since 2019. Prancing with the Stars is the main fundraiser of the Humane Society, which relies entirely on individual and corporate donations. Events such as these can be crucial to nonprofit organizations’ operations, and are often advertised by tools such as social media and poster printing. The Humane Society provides for abandoned dogs and cats until they can be adopted, including long-term care of animals with behavioural issues. The group’s mission statement reads:
“We are dedicated to protecting and making life better for animals and connecting the communities that care about them in Oakville and Milton.”
The 2022 edition of Prancing with the Stars is set to take place at the Oakville Conference Centre on November 3.
