The month-long occasion will see local restaurants providing a prix-fixe menu, including multiple courses for a single cost. These will be special offerings for a limited time only. A full list of participating businesses will be announced in the lead-up to Taste of Downtown Milton. The event was first held in Milton on 2024 and was successful enough to make it an annual event.
The festival is sponsored by the Downtown Milton Business Improvement Area, which aims to highlight the diversity and culinary offerings of the downtown scene. Organizers also run a blog highlighting local Milton restaurants such as Pasqualiano, Terra Mar and Casa Americano. Featured Menus will include dinner, lunch, and all-day specials.
“Taste of” events have become a popular way for local municipalities to showcase their restaurant scene and promote dining out during the winter months. These events sometimes use brochure printing and stamp cards to help encourage local “foodies” to visit as many of the participating restaurants as possible. Following last year’s event, a DMBIA spokesman said:
“Taste of Downtown Milton was the perfect opportunity to celebrate the unique and diverse culinary scene that makes our town so special.”
The 2026 Taste of Milton Festival will take place from February 20 to March 15 at participating restaurants.
