A scenic attraction of Milton will be opening itself back up to visitors this summer, providing a rustic farm experience not far from the big city.
Chudleigh’s Entertainment Farm has been running as both a produce farm and tourist attraction for over 50 years. This year’s season will see the launch of new services such as a café featuring farm-fresh food, joining onsite food spots like the Farm Kitchen, Husks and Hardwood Grill and HotDog. This establishment could be the dry run for a new business scheduled to open in the city of Milton this year, called The Blossom Café. The farm will also be launching an online store featuring curbside pickup, providing pantry essentials and frozen desserts.
The farm will be adding new health and safety measures for this summer, with the hope that it will be able to provide its popular pick-your-own-apples service once the fruit is ripe. Chudleigh’s also offers a family play area including slides, a nature trail, and farm animals. Farms open to the public like this can often be popular spots for families and individuals looking to get away from it all, frequently advertising using tools like poster printing and flyer printing.
Chudleigh’s Entertainment Farm will officially re-open on Canada Day, July 1. Apples are typically ready to pick in mid-August.
