Winter festival coming to Hamilton
The annual Hamilton Winterfest is to take place at the start of next month. The Winterfest is sponsored by the City of Hamilton and is supported by a number of the area’s corporations, organizations, and citizens. The event is also made possible by the help of volunteers.
The family event has something for everyone. Poster printing was likely used to remind people in this community and surrounding communities that it is time to come out, once again, and enjoy the festivities. The festival is a great opportunity for residents to shake the wintertime blues and enjoy some fun filled activities with families, neighbors, and friends.
Most of the events at the festival are free of charge, although some of the planned activities are charging a registration free for participants who wish to join in. Guests should make sure they find CHIMO, the mascot for Winterfest, who will be joined by a host of friends to have fun and share time with the children and adults who attend.

Parking can be found in the area, although with the record number of people that attend each year, public transit could make things easier. Guests are reminded that this is an outdoor event, so warm clothing is recommended.
