Described as the biggest night in Canadian music, the Juno Awards will be hosted in Hamilton this March, recognizing the best releases of 2025.
This will be the 55th edition of the awards with a ceremony hosted by Mae Martin. The main show will feature performances by The Beaches, Daniel Ceasar and local favourites Arkells, along with appearances by Canadian music legends Joni Mitchell and Nelly Furtado. Top awards include Single of the Year, Album of the Year and Fan Choice, with pop stars like Justin Bieber and Tate McRae topping the nominations.
The awards will anchor a week full of performances and activities. Festivities will begin with a kickoff concert, and JUNOfest presented by CBC will feature artists in a variety of genres performing across the weekend, including Bells Larsen, Cam Kahin and Amelia Maxwell. Comedy performers will also be highlighted in two Juno Comedy Shows featuring a trio of local stand-up performers.
Other affiliated events include Junior Junos, hosted in association with the Hamilton Public Library; a Stories from the Studio spoken word event; and an Honouring Ceremony focused on Indigenous music and hosted by Falen Johnson. Host cities for awards like these often use public events, banner printing and radio advertising to help welcome the awards and their nominees to town.
The 2026 Juno Awards will take place at TD Coliseum in Hamilton on March 29, with shoulder events running from March 26 to 29.
