Dundurn Gardeners has been selected to organize and run next year’s Seed Swap, which is part of Green Venture’s Seedy Saturday.
Dundurn National Historic Site boasts some beautiful gardens, and it will be hosting annual seed swap next year. It can be a great opportunity for green thumbs to meet other gardeners, and along with the seed, they can swap their top horticultural secrets.
This event, which will give people a chance to score some seeds in time to get started on their spring planting, will include seeds, Books, vendor tables and many other offerings. Presentations and workshops are also on the agenda, and while it’s free to enter, the organizers noted that donations will be greatly appreciated.
The swap will be taking place on Saturday 1st February and is scheduled to begin at 10am, and it will close up shop for another year at 3pm. Promotional Pens and other items for this sort of function can be ordered from a Print company, and these can be distributed to each attendee.
Memorial Secondary School, which can be found at 1175 Main Street East in Hamilton, will be the location for the Seedy Saturday swap. All ages are encouraged to attend, as it can be a fun and easy way to introduce kids to the world of gardening.Get a Free Quote for Print Get a Free Quote for Pens Get a Free Quote for Books
